Review We came to this café for breakfast, but unfortunately, nothing was truly satisfying. The breakfast itself wasn't good and didn't meet our expectations at all. The service was also disappointing: the servers weren't smiling, lacked courtesy, and seemed to be working without any enthusiasm. We also had to wait quite a long time before being served. Regarding cleanliness, there's also a lot of room for improvement. The café was dirty, with papers lying around under the tables. More frequent cleaning is definitely needed. It's a shame, because with a warmer welcome, more professional service, better quality breakfast, and especially more attention to cleanliness, the experience could be much better.

We stopped by this café for a family breakfast and were extremely disappointed! We will never return! The waiters were grumpy and arrogant, not even looking at us when we took our order. The cleanliness was appalling! The trays were dirty! They didn't bother to take anything; they just cleared the plates from other customers and refilled them for us! The plates were dirty. The msemen, harcha, and mille-trous crepes were all dry and hard, even from the day before. The bread was the same; they had only warmed it up a little, that's all. They were unhappy when we called them over to ask about something! We were truly shocked, so honestly, just avoid this place! The only very positive point, which somewhat redeems it, is their bakery where the products are good. So, don't waste your money there.

The welcome was unfriendly and far from professional. The breakfast was rather dry (bread, msemen, and other snacks). The staff were nonchalant. This is an address to avoid if you're looking for even a modicum of respect and professionalism. We will not be returning and absolutely cannot recommend this establishment.

The café is well located, but it's a shame because the service doesn't take our requests into account! And the pastry shop next door isn't very good!
