I had a death in the family and requested the hotel to make an exception and cancel my non-refundable room (1 night) as I had to cancel my entire trip. Property outright declined myself and Expedia. No matter how many good things people might say, the service and business practices that don't accommodate exception for customers who are truly in need of some leeway, displays a complete lack of respect for their customers and horrible business ethics.

I did not rent the hotel, i came to see the room with the deal offer from Agoda, the reception girl was talking in the phone and did not pay attention to me, was laughing with her friend on the phone, she was very irritating, I waited for her to end her important call , then I asked her to show me a room. After that I told her I will book online from Agoda, she refused, and said only book CACH or booking.com , was unfriendly, I left the hotel and will never come back.. plus there is a billiard club outside where a lot of smokers. gather..

This hotel is a disaster; if I could give it zero stars, I would. They are scammers. Upon arrival, the reception was appalling. I went to check in and was told there was a tourist tax of 44 dirhams per day per person, compared to the 13 dirhams listed on the website. When I asked for an explanation of the difference, they claimed it was the hotel's policy, but said there was no written record of it. The receptionist was incredibly cold and rude; she insulted us in Arabic right in front of us, unaware that we understood. As for the room, it was in passable condition, but it was showing its age. No one seems to mention it, but it's located above a club that plays music until 4 a.m., and the walls are very poorly soundproofed. I do not recommend this rip-off hotel.

A Gulf visitor with his family. Anyone seeking peace, cleanliness, and comfort should stay here without hesitation. Away from the noise of cars and trams, yet close to everything: CCTV cameras, cleaner furniture (I don't think you'll find anything cleaner), everything is brand new, and the room rates are great. It's worth every penny for the comfort and cleanliness. It deserves 10 stars. I highly recommend it.

I was very pleasantly surprised! The room is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped for those who want to have a snack or prepare something at night. The bed is comfortable, and the room's lighting can be adjusted to your liking. A real gem in Rabat! 🤩😍 …

Total rip-off!! We paid for an apartment for 3 adults, but to our great surprise, the apartment only had a double bed and no sofa bed. When we complained, they offered the third person a narrow sofa bed. Pathetic. A total rip-off, and then there was the train noise and vibrations—impossible to sleep.

The staff were helpful, but they didn't honor the price quoted by Booking.com, didn't notify you of the charge, and blamed Booking.com instead. Booking.com washed their hands of it. Netflix didn't work, and the toilet was unusable for days. These are minor details that ruin a hotel with potential.

Bad experience with this establishment. My wife booked two nights with them on March 20, 2020. Then the borders between France and Morocco closed, and we contacted them to find a solution. They suggested we contact them again once we were in Morocco to offer us accommodation for the two nights. So this year we returned home, and I contacted them, but they didn't keep their word. They are not serious. That's it.
