Dar Amoudou

A truly excellent experience, I loved my stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about, a wonderful, comfortable suite with a beautiful view, and spotless. The owner was very helpful, available, and friendly. We arrived quite late and had some trouble finding the place, but he came to get us. I highly recommend it.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner of the hotel and spent a night in the suite with a terrace. We were able to enjoy a delicious tea and biscuits while enjoying the sunset and later had a delicious and traditional Moroccan dinner at the hotel. The suite itself was very well-equipped and comfortable. We wish we had stayed longer!

Great place to stay. We had a perfect night while cycling through Marroco. The room was big and very clean and the lamb tajine we had for dinner was delicious. We felt like being at home and we had also a fantastic breakfast. Thank you very much for being a great host.

We had the main room with a good view but lacked Aircon in part of it so he allowed the children to stay in the room next door. The evening meal was good with a great outdoor area however he did not supply food the second evening as we were the only guests in the hotel. We had to go to the town centre for food. The location of hotel is difficult to find as it is in a built up area but parking is good and safe. Evening walks into local area were relaxing. Overall a nice place to stay but too expensive.

Do not pass up the opportunity to stay here. My pictures do not do this place justice! Family run business to the core. The service was exceptional. The food (cooked by the owners wife) was outstanding and the facilities were excellent! Our stay here was so relaxing and peaceful we couldn't get enough so we came back for a quick lunch on our way back to Marrakech. The owner is fantastic and very welcoming!

Great host, very clean and large rooms with a balcony overlooking a valley, great place to enjoy evenings. Close to the city centre. Delicious food, big breakfast. Strongly recommended!

Dar Amoudou is an excellent accomodation for any solo, group or family traveller to Ouarzazate. It provides tastefully designed rooms, combining modern comfort with a touch of teaditional berber craftsmanship. Breakfast is generous and very tasty. It is located in a calm and very safe neighbourhood. Its position provides a nice peaceful view upon natural surroundings of the town. Walking to the city center is simple, following a main road. It gives the opportunity to observe the neighbourhoods and immerse into the day to day Moroccan life. Also, taking a taxi to the center costs less than 50 cents. It is safe and friendly. The host is most attentionate and helpful. I had a great stay and i completely recommend! Thank you 🙂

One of the best places we stayed in Morocco. Ali was very nice and accommodating. Dinner was also great! Highly recommend.
