There is a reason this restaurant gets the reputation it has and is consistently booked. From the moment you walk in, you feel the simultaneous energetic vibe and regal ambiance. However, it’s the attentiveness of the wait staff (heavily female) that maintains the energy. Let’s continue by noting the entertainment adds so much to the dining experience. Hard to believe this is on top of some of the best food we had in all of Morocco (after visiting multiple cities). So shout out to our waitress, Rabab. Despite that the restaurant was packed, she attended to us and all her tables with a friendliness and attentiveness that makes dining a pleasure. When we return to Marrakech, we’ll be back.
