TW!!!! I LOST MY SWEET BOY YUKI YESTERDAY. Since he was neutered at this clinic (March), he was never the same. In the weeks that followed, his health gradually declined, and I repeatedly sought answers about what was happening to him. He was later hospitalized after many vet visits and nobody seemed to understand what’s going on with him. During his hospitalization, he run scans, blood tests and x rays and yet nothing was 100% sure. Yuki bit his surgical area and developed a wound which was not properly monitored. I was the one who eventually noticed that something was wrong after I saw him in a terrible condition and the doctor didn’t even care the check. He later developed an abscess, which led to weeks of antibiotics, injections, and repeated treatments. Despite all of this, his health only continued to go downhill. He became weaker, lost weight, and gradually stopped being the cat he once was. In the end, he was suspected to have neurological FIP ( which he 1000% got from the clinic as he is an indoor cat) , but it was too late as the symptoms got worse in the past 3 days even though I was extremely observant and took him to the vet whenever I felt something was wrong. Nobody ever discussed this possibility with me or helped me understand what could be causing his decline. I got him the fip treatment as advised but my poor baby passed away 2 days after starting the treatment. As his owner, it was heartbreaking to watch him suffer while feeling that I was not getting clear answers. Losing Yuki has been devastating, and I am sharing this experience because I do not want other pet owners to feel as lost and unsupported as I did. If you’re a vet you should have love and empathy for animals.

Bad experience The reception staff often seemed uninterested and unmotivated, which unfortunately affected the overall experience. There appears to be only one actual doctor, while most interactions and decisions are handled by assistants. I also noticed a difference in the way local dogs were treated compared to expensive purebred dogs, even though every animal and owner deserves the same level of care and respect. The biggest issue, however, was the extremely long waiting time — waiting for hours without proper organization or communication is very frustrating.

We’ve been coming here for over 3 years and highly recommend this vet. The clinic is clean, the staff and vets are kind and approachable. There’s sometimes a wait, but it’s normal because they have many patients.

I rescued a stray female cat whose mouth was bleeding from calicivirus. I trusted this clinic and paid 400 MAD for one night and medication. When I came back the next day, her condition was unchanged — they clearly did nothing and didn’t even try to treat her. On top of that, they charged 300 MAD just for a consultation, while all other vets in Marrakech take 150 MAD for strays. This place is unprofessional, careless, and overpriced.
