Clinique Plaza

First of all, I want to thank a wonderful woman named Kenza. She welcomed us during a hard time. Everything was good, the staff and everyone working there. My wife gave birth. But one night, when Morocco was playing against Brazil, the midwife placed my baby girl next to her mother, who couldn’t move at all, and told her there was no place for the baby. I don’t believe the real reason was a lack of space — I think they just wanted to watch the football match. This was the one problem I faced. Otherwise, everything was good. I also want to thank Elena, an African woman who works hard and handles every single detail smoothly.

My dad needed a few staples taken out and the staff couldn’t have been more lovely. We only speak English but they were very communicative and helpful. In and out in 45 minutes!

My father stayed here for five days after prostate surgery. Despite repeated requests, the doctor never checked on him post-surgery, even though he was in constant pain and bleeding. We were repeatedly told the doctor would come, but he never did — which was very concerning. Most of the nurses were caring and helpful, but one nurse (a young woman with grayish contact lenses) was rude and dismissive to both my father and our family. She made an already stressful situation worse. We expected more accountability and compassion from the medical team.

I had a great experience at Plaza Clinic. I had a C-section surgery with Dr BENFDIL Youness. The doctor and his team were very professional and friendly. The administration staff was highly communicative. Thanks for the excellent quality of service.

Clinique Plaza has an absolutely incredible team from the doctors and nurses to receptionists and cleaners. My dad received some of the best medical care we’ve ever experienced. After fracturing his femur, he received surgery within 24 hours and had physio everyday after the surgery for the 2 week stay. The hospital suite was fully equipped to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Friendly and attentive nurses made it so much easier. We just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
