I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this clinic. Not only was there no sanitizer available, but the toilets were also dirty. The nurses were shockingly rude and acted as though they were doing me a favor by being there. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If possible, I would have rated it 0 stars. Additionally, Dr. Imane Jaberi left in the middle of the shift, leaving us waiting for over two hours without explanation. When I asked the nurse about the situation, she dismissed my concerns, stating they don't involve themselves in such matters and had no knowledge of when the doctor would return. This level of unhelpfulness and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable."

"This clinic lacks compassion for patients; to them, you're just a number. Both Dr. Jaberi and all the nurses display rudeness. In the intensive care unit and pain management, nurses were seen on their phones watching TikTok videos, showing no consideration for the patients or their struggles. It's incredibly upsetting to witness such a level of unprofessionalism, especially considering we're paying for a service that's supposed to be provided with care and attention."

The best oncology clinic in Marrakech I regularly have MRIs and ultrasounds at this clinic. Professors Essadki and Ousehal, along with a kind doctor (whose name I can’t recall), provide top-notch care The clinic is always clean, and I can’t forget the two girls at reception who are welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend

The emergency service is garbage, the nurse is not allowed to give my mother any pain killer until the doctor arrive which take more than hour.

Doctor bouras was amazing and gave us enough time to explain the case and most of the employees there are pro exept the 2 assistants( girls ) of Dr bouras they were very rude acting like it s a free clinique and they are doing you a favor not a paid service plus they never greet you back .
