Prompt care at the gynecological emergency department, caring nurses and midwives. Thank you to Dr. Mariyam Bourzoufi for her availability and professionalism.

The clinic is open 24/7. I called six times, but no one answered.

I was seen quickly by a general practitioner, however, the consultation cost 300 dirhams, which I found quite excessive, but that's just my opinion. As someone who often goes to clinics, this is the first time I've paid so much for a consultation.

A very bad experience at this clinic. The staff lacks professionalism and the care provided is truly inadequate. Despite our concerns and requests for help, the situation was not taken seriously. The doctor's response fell far short of our expectations. I am very disappointed by this lack of attentiveness and care. I do not recommend this clinic.

A word of advice to all immigrants and children of immigrants: above all, as soon as you become seriously ill, think carefully before going to the hospital. If you have the option, return to France or seek treatment elsewhere, but avoid taking unnecessary risks. My father, may God have mercy on him, was hospitalized in this hospital, and what can I say… God is sufficient for us. We had an extremely painful experience. We felt they took advantage of the fact that my father had insurance to prolong his hospitalization, even though we were requesting a transfer. We had to push hard for the transfer to Rabat and then repatriate him, but it was too late! The conditions deeply shocked us: a bottle of Sidi Ali water was being used for IV fluids, and the intensive care unit was nearly 40 degrees Celsius… Beyond the appearance of the place, the tiled floors, or the velvet sofas, it is the quality of care and the treatment of patients that truly matter. My advice: do your research before entrusting your health to a facility. Even if you have to travel as far as Oujda or elsewhere, choose a place where you trust the care. Health and life are priceless.
