Very disappointing experience – not recommended I visited my friend who had just undergone a procedure at this clinic, and what I saw was extremely concerning. • Reception: The receptionist was very unfriendly and directed me to the basement, where the day patients were located. • Basement conditions: The area was poorly ventilated and had unpleasant odors (food and shoes). There were no windows and no AC. • Staff behavior: The nurses were talking and laughing loudly, which clearly disturbed my friend, who had just woken up and was already stressed and emotional. • Billing issues: My friend was forced to pay the full amount before the procedure, and afterward, additional charges were added. We ended up paying to leave because she was too tired and weak to discuss the matter. There is a shocking contrast between the renovated, modern reception area and the actual patient environment, which is stressful and poorly managed. ⚠️ Advice: If you are looking for a clinic that is professional, safe, and respectful toward patients, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been admitted 3 times to clinic Ghandi and I noticed there is a need to dogitilize the system to get easily to patients documents. This will allow to save time for everyon and secure information and safety for the patients. I gave 5 stars only for the lady named Fatima Zahraa at the facturation services who took care of my case and solved documents issue. If needed I can help the clinic to centralize and digitizing the patients information system.

My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. My mother underwent surgery there, and from the very beginning, everything was disorganized and unprofessional. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, providing little to no guidance especially for people visiting for the first time who are unfamiliar with their procedures. There was no proper system in place to ensure the comfort of patients or their families. It felt like they were prioritizing quantity over quality, accepting a large number of patients without having the necessary equipment, staff, or services to support them. Despite paying all required fees, we were not given the care or attention we deserved. Patients and their families should feel supported, especially in medical situations, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience.

Aside from my experience at the reception, everything was outstanding. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude was highly unprofessional, with a tone and manner that felt completely inappropriate for a customer-facing role. That said, the rest of the staff were exceptional—the nurses, cleaning team, and operating room staff were all incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Their dedication and care truly made a difference. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and hope management takes steps to ensure the reception service aligns with the high standards set by the rest of the team

Thanks for the nurses….It was a great experience Alhamdollilah.
