Lovely service and lovely doctors And The receptionist Asmaa is very lovely I thank them for their service and lovely hospitality

I am a sixty six year old man from England and I traveled to visit marrakech. I had stork on 25th of last month and I was hospitalized in Koutoubia hospital for four nights and then I discharged and still I am at home taking medication and physiotherapy and I am not allowed to fly without paramedic acompaniament. Since our opinions always depend on our own experiences, I would like to share my experience about this hospital with others. The hospital have had not the quality and the class of a private hospital (not clean bed sheets, not even soap on the bathroom) very poor condition but I think it was well equipped. My words are unable to thanks all of those who were helping me to recovery. The doctors which only I remember some names like: Dr. Mouine and Dr. Reza and Dr. Belahcen and Dr. Elakkad and other doctors that all of them were lovely, humble and knowledgeable which their knowledge was helping me to get stable until now. The lovely lady which was my phisiotherapist that unfortunately I dont remember her name, all the technicians and all the nurses like Miss Ekram, Miss Sara, Miss Khdija, Miss Fatemeh Zahra and Mr. Safyan and many others who I don’t remember their names. I will never forget the lady on reception called Miss Amal who her attitude and attention was unforgettable to me and she was so kind to everyone with respect and With patience and perseverance that for me is unforgettable. I had a memory of amazing people there who they were working with love and passion and I love and thank all of them and will never forget them.

I fell in Spain and broke my shoulder. After 2 weeks I was in Marrakesh and needed to get another x-ray to check the healing progress. I came to this clinic and as soon as I walked in I was approached by a young woman who spoke English and was able to guide me through the process for the clinic. She walked me to the x-ray area and when that was complete she walked me to the doctor where he explained what he saw on the x-ray. The process was coordinated and easy. The staff were warm and caring. This was especially comforting for me since I am an American in a foreign country. I am grateful for this experience.

We were visiting from USA and my daughter had a severe allergy. doctor yousuf, nurse and the entire reception staff was incredible. The treatment and service was top notch. They ensured my daughter had fully recovered.

I would strongly advise against this clinic which practices scamming. I was advised by an ambulance driver after having an emergency of my grandfather. First accepted in the resuscitation without knowing nor the price practiced in this clinic under the pretext that the price depends on several elements. To my surprise my grandfather was diagnosed with OAP which turned out not to be the case after discharge. Icing on the cake after having declared the exit after 2 days the staff quickly made a thoracic scanner at 150$ to inflate once again the bill. A so-called doctor, a certain Reda, did not accept my criticism following this last scan done just before discharge and wanted to do a hand fight. He charged me these two days 2200$ to do nothing finally. A behavior of this pseudo doctor not acceptable, an unbearable arrogance, I even asked for the file he did not want to give it to me until the day of the exit. I understood afterwards why. Finally, I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. This is the opinion of several acquaintances after investigation :(
