Clinic Tilila

My daughter was admitted at this clinic this week after suffering from food poisoning. I initially thought this was a decent place because the nurses and doctors were kind and helpful throughout the whole process but now that I'm contacting them back to get the results of my daughter's tests, I'm unable to get hold of anyone. It's important that I know the outcome of those results so we can determine the best treatment options especially since we are flying back home to the US tomorrow. It's really disappointing that we are being ignored and are not receiving any response to our inquiries after paying a pretty decent amount of money. Khalid Rahlouni

AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS! The worst clinic I've ever been to. The female staff is unfriendly and unpleasant, looking you up and down without a smile. The billing department is incompetent; for an ultrasound and blood test, it cost 1500 dirhams. I paid in cash, but they didn't give me a receipt. They told me they'd send the invoice and blood test results by email. I had to pester them for three days to get them. The blood test department on level -1 is unpleasant. When you ask for the results, three of them sigh and give you dirty looks while speaking in Moroccan Arabic and laughing at you. French people, whatever you do, don't go there.

Hi guys! This is a private hospital. The service is good and the cleanliness as well. The staff is nice also.

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was disappointing. Communication with patients and their families is poor, and the treatment is excessively focused on financial gain, which leaves a negative impression. Therefore, based on my experience, I do not recommend this clinic. I would like to address the clinic's management: Please review your approach to treating patients and their families. Respect, transparency, and good communication are just as important as the quality of treatment. History is unforgiving, and a reputation is hard-won and can be ruined by mistreatment.

Thank God, I had surgery with these people. Their treatment was excellent and they were very considerate. They didn't add anything extra. I want to thank the people in the emergency room, especially Sister Bushra.

Excellent clinic. The staff is professional, welcoming, and attentive. The doctors take the time to explain things, and the care is high-quality. The facilities are clean and well-organized, and the waiting times are reasonable. I recommend this clinic.

Do not go here! 4 hours with a 12 year old with a bruised rib, he was given no treatment and offered no water, upon arriving he was taken for a CT scan and until we complained 2.5 hours in nothing happened, then it took us 1.5 hours of arguing with them and the insurance company telling us not to pay them before we eventually had to pay them 2800MAD for them to allow us to take the passport and leave. Completely scammed, the invoice states medication on there that he wasn’t given and they lied to us about communicating with the insurance company whilst we were on the phone to them and then they pretended not to speak English. Do not use these! We were sent by the doctor the hotel sent too
