A very unpleasant stay. The two people in charge of reception have absolutely nothing to do with welcoming or receiving patients. Their behavior was provocative, their language devoid of any professional respect. I would even describe them as uneducated. There was a complete communication problem. Having visited the center twice a year since 2020, it was excellent, nothing to report. Unfortunately, this time, the image has deteriorated drastically, making my sessions a complete ordeal. Firstly, if you have a written request for my care, I encourage you to send it to my attending physician and initiate the necessary administrative procedures. Secondly, this review I posted describes my unfortunate experience during this disastrous stay at your facility. Your reception staff is obligated to be kind and respectful, first and foremost towards patients. Finally, I would like to inform you that the main room on the first floor where I underwent dialysis for the entire duration of my stay doesn't even have a single television. Is this normal?! You must listen to patients in order to make improvements and ensure the quality of dialysis is top-notch.
