I'm a loyal customer of this salon. But unfortunately, I won't be anymore after a disastrous experience. They treat their customers like guinea pigs; one of their estheticians ripped out part of my eyebrows without acknowledging her mistake. The owner didn't even bother to apologize or offer a solution. The only positive point is the hammam, where the scrub is done by very professional African women.

A complete beauty center offering waxing, massage, individual or shared hammam, manicures, pedicures, on-site hairdresser, and facial treatments (including hydrafacials). The staff is caring and attentive. I've been twice with my mother-in-law, and Victoria, Bouchra, Latif, and Joanna took excellent care of us. I highly recommend it! 👍🏼

The worst service dose not do the work properly and not treating the customers with respect at all and harming them they put hot iron in my shoulder and did not straighten my hair and just dry and not washing my hair properly and even in hamam they kept my body all stretched after its and even my head scratched from how rough they we’re washing its very bad experience do not recommend at all
