Unfortunately, this level of service is unacceptable. We found lemon peels and seeds thrown into the glass. The least that can be done is to serve the drink in a clean and respectful manner. A disappointing experience, and we hope you will pay more attention to quality and hygiene.

Always very late a serving breakfast and dinner. I mean very late. Menu is always incomplete. Accommodation is good, but the cleaning lady doesn't respect do not disturb sign and cleans the room even when you hang the sign, which is not a big problem but it bothered us. I wouldn't return here again.

A wonderful and quiet place

I would like to report an incident I experienced I was addressed in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner and told that I was not allowed to sit and study in a certain area this was both surprising and frustrating especially since I had observed others studying there the day before without any issue I find this inconsistency unacceptable and I expect clear rules to be applied fairly to everyone along with respectful communication from staff at all times.

Really amazing
