The service was poor, especially from a young waiter who wore glasses. He didn't know how to handle customers.

Unacceptable Experience The level of service at this café falls below basic professional standards. Customer service protocols require staff to be welcoming, attentive, and courteous none of which was present. The staff’s attitude was cold and unprofessional. More concerning is the lack of hygiene standards. Staff were observed touching their hair and face during service, which is unacceptable in any food and beverage environment. Management should take immediate action to retrain staff and enforce proper service and hygiene standards.

It was for breakfast, and there was a huge delay, almost a 30-minute wait, and the food was really mediocre. In short, I absolutely do not recommend it.

Worst café I have ever been to! Had to wait longer than 40 minutes for breakfast. And you absolutely do not get what is on the menu. Did not get soup for breakfast, no harcha, no Danone. Even though it is all on the menu. Worst service ever. And given the many other bad reviews, the owner doesn't seem to care much either. Not even worth 1 star.
