A bad experience, unfortunately. Not with the doctor, but with the receptionist. I called to schedule an appointment, and she confirmed I should come in. I drove 50 kilometers only to be told that the doctor would only see patients for checkups, not new ones, and that the doctor's instructions were final.

A very bad experience. I took my mother to the emergency room on a Monday morning after a disastrous weekend. They told us she had to make an appointment that wouldn't be available until Thursday. We were traveling and there was no way to wait any longer. I just want to say that a doctor should be humane above all else.
