Today, the office closed an hour before the posted time, without informing me, even though I had specified that I wanted to go to the counter... It's shameful 😕 I also regret that the errors on the CNSS documents are not being corrected. The first file was rejected and the correction wasn't made, under the pretext that the stamp cannot be affixed to a photocopy. Another file was also rejected. I hope they will be more attentive and find a solution to these problems, with the same understanding and professionalism as other offices.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the doctor's behavior toward the patient's family. His harsh attitude and lack of patience do not allow him to properly explain the situation or answer the legitimate questions of his relatives. This behavior has been repeated several times, making the experience very difficult and stressful for the family, who are already facing a complex medical situation. A little more empathy and consideration would have greatly improved the communication and support provided.
