I had an appointment with this doctor today, but unfortunately, I didn't have a pleasant experience. I noticed that the patient queue wasn't being followed properly; several people were seen before me, even though I was waiting my turn. When I inquired about the reason, I didn't receive a satisfactory explanation from the reception staff. Furthermore, during my consultation with the doctor, I felt that the reception and communication were not up to my expectations. I hope the clinic improves its appointment scheduling, respects patients' queues, and provides better service to everyone.

I went for treatment on December 16, 2024, due to several days of gastrointestinal problems. After a reasonable wait (there were many patients), I was thoroughly examined and had an ultrasound. The diagnosis was discussed in English, and Mr. Azzaz prescribed medication. Today, a day later, I feel much better, and I highly recommend Mr. Azzaz. The price of €25 for the entire treatment is also more than fair.

A doctor of exceptional kindness and competence, he speaks French and English.
