Cabinet Dr. Ikram Zabin

The doctor is excellent, but the receptionist is a huge obstacle. Her treatment is terrible; she's extremely slow to respond, as if she's working for free or under duress. She turns even the simplest things into a problem. This observation is based on multiple visits, not just one.

I've already consulted with Dr. Ikram and it was excellent; she was attentive, friendly, and reassuring. This time it was Dr. Halima, her replacement, and I wanted to thank her for her kindness, patience, and gentleness during my consultation. Her attentiveness and professionalism were greatly appreciated, and I truly valued her availability and support.

A competent doctor, very attentive and available for patients. I highly recommend her!
