I called the office to ask if the doctor was available so I could make an appointment or meet with her in person. The person who answered (assistant or someone else) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the situation, she told me to come directly to the office and hung up on me. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the tone and attitude were definitely not appropriate for a professional telephone service. I hope the office will take this feedback into account to improve its reception and communication.
