The receptionist's attitude was terrible. My mother had an appointment a week in advance, but due to illness, she couldn't arrive early on the day. The receptionist treated her coldly and rudely, forcing her to leave and find another doctor. I recommend a doctor nearby; he and his staff are very professional and provide a welcoming reception.

The reception staff provides no additional information and their treatment is subpar, as if you're asking for friendship. In my experience, I booked an appointment a month in advance and waited for four hours. They didn't provide a medical certificate, even though my condition warranted it. When I requested a health insurance form, it took eight days to arrive, with continuous delays. Although the doctor is good, the service is completely inadequate, and the nurses' behavior is unbearable. I hope they are replaced before it negatively impacts the entire institution. Thank you.

Peace be upon you. This clinic lacks professionalism and good reception. Appointments are not respected, as if they provide services for free. Also, dealing with people based on personal connections is necessary. These matters must be improved.

The services were subpar, the communication and management were unprofessional. My personal experience (booking an appointment almost 20 days in advance, only to be told on the day that the doctor was on vacation, as if the vacation wasn't already on the schedule. I then booked another appointment about 20 days later, and when the next appointment arrived, I was told that the allotted time was full! It seems the appointments are random, or that some people are being given priority while others aren't). Personally, a friend I consulted recommended a doctor I hadn't seen, but what happened afterward is enough to say that I can't continue with this situation.
