He is always attentive, available even outside of his regular hours, and truly takes the time to address parents' concerns. On a day off, when my baby had been unwell for several days, he took the time to listen to me with kindness and even gave me a complete consultation over the phone. This human gesture deeply touched me. What I also admire is that he never rushes to prescribe medication. He respects the baby's natural rhythm and prioritizes immunity and healthy development.
