Attentive, professional, and a good listener. I recommend her!

The doctor is kind, attentive, and takes the time to talk with patients, which is appreciated. However, in my experience, this was unfortunately not enough to properly identify the health problem. I expected a more thorough consultation given the specialized nature of the practice. No simple X-rays were performed on-site, and I was asked to have an ultrasound and other tests done elsewhere and then return with the results. I felt more like I was having a general practitioner appointment than receiving specialized care. The most disappointing aspect was the follow-up. After having the requested tests done and returning with the results, I was ultimately not seen by the doctor. The receptionist told me that the ultrasound and tests were normal and that there was no problem. Yet, I continue to experience the pain that initially prompted my visit. The reception and administrative follow-up were also disappointing. Once I left the office, I felt there was no real follow-up. When I couldn't return within the never-mentioned timeframe for the check-up, I was asked to pay for another consultation. When I asked why this hadn't been explained to me before or why no follow-up had been done, I was told it wasn't their responsibility to provide follow-up, as that's standard practice in the field! Today, despite the expenses incurred and the time spent on the examinations, I find myself forced to consult another doctor for a more comprehensive examination and to understand the origin of my pain. I am sharing this feedback constructively to improve patient follow-up, communication, and the organization of the practice.

A respectable doctor with excellent morals and compassion. She empathizes with her patients and their suffering. She discusses the illness with you from A to Z. May God protect her and grant her a long life.
