What people mention
Unfortunately, the reception staff are subpar and don't know how to speak to clients. Their attitude is provocative; it's like, "Take it or leave it." They treat patients like merchandise; all that matters is money. For example, when you take tests, they don't give you time. One of the girls takes them in, says two words, and then leaves. She calls it a "control" and tells you it's too late, even though she gave you the return date. She tells you you're late! It's insane! May God suffice me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
Very bad service. The receptionist acts as a doctor!
Zero service, zero reception, zero way of speaking at reception, zero amount of useless talk. The nurses, who barely passed their baccalaureate exams, don't even know how to speak properly, they don't explain the problem. The doctor, may God bless her, only knows how to do tests and write you prescriptions, hoping for something, but that's all it is. And whoever wakes up early there becomes a doctor. There is no power nor strength except with God.
No connection. And mistreatment. When you first come, she welcomes you and lets you go first. But in the second session, she starts dragging you around. And the tests keep you there until the evening, even if you arrive at dawn. And then the worst part is, she might give you the wrong prescription, causing your heart rate to drop to the point where you're freezing. Anyway, that's what happened to me. My wife and a relative kept trying out different medications on her for a long time, and in the end, nothing worked until they changed doctors. And on top of that, when the people whose tests she's going to read come in, she tells the nurse to just go in and read the results and tell her what to tell the patient. One time, she told my wife to take the medication on a certain day of her period. When it caused her problems, she went back to the doctor. The nurse denied it and said she didn't tell her that day. The doctor says one thing, but the nurse can make a mistake. We pay our money so that a nurse can talk to us.
