I consulted a doctor today who diagnosed me with the flu. I requested three days of sick leave, and when it came time to pay, he asked for 250 instead of 150. When I asked why, he declared 150 on the CNOPS form, so I should pay 250. The response was, "You requested a sick leave certificate; you must pay an additional 100 dirhams." This is outright theft and far from the behavior of a doctor, regardless of their competence.
