The doctor is competent, but the reception staff have no professionalism whatsoever. My father had an appointment and has been waiting in line since morning at the clinic, which was already occupied by only two other people. In the end, someone who was relaxing at home gets in first. At least teach people that those who are comfortable at home should finish their business first... The treatment on payment day is not the same as during the check-up. Unfortunately. There should be a formal apology to the patient and his family who paid their fees and then had to wait in line for nothing. The examination was lost, and their workday was wasted.
