It's impossible to wait from 8:30 to 4:00 PM just for the long wait, and the reception service is terrible. It's outrageous how they let people through who weren't even there, claiming they'd already signed up, knowing they don't work by appointment. There are people waiting since 8:00 AM, it's unacceptable. As for the doctors, I highly recommend them; they're very professional and take their time. But the assistants are just awful, disorganized, and don't know how to do their jobs properly. It's a real shame.

No respect for patients. After almost five hours of waiting, I left the office without ever seeing the doctor. Patients remain in the waiting room while the doctor receives the medical representatives (six or seven in total), each staying with him for 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes longer. Stop treating us like idiots! If we're waiting, it's not because we have nothing better to do. Not to mention the young woman who slipped a 50 dirham note into the assistant's hand to get her mother seen first. Your practice only exists thanks to us, the patients: we come in sick and leave even sicker because of your lack of professionalism. Beseltou bzaaaaf
