Brothers hotel

I recommend this hotel 200% without hesitation!!! The staff is super professional, smiling, attentive, and welcoming—a real family atmosphere! I have absolutely nothing to complain about :))) I truly loved this school and fell in love with Oujda! The hotel is close to the medina, shops, and a women's health center :))) The food is fantastic :D I thank Sakina and the other staff members who are always at your service. I'll be back soon :))

Friendly staff, except for one person's behavior regarding the bill which I didn't understand (she insisted on cash payment, and the amount claimed was higher than what Booking.com quoted!!).... a minor maintenance issue: a blocked sink and a broken bathroom door...

The staff were fine. I wouldn't recommend it for a honeymoon; avoid it. Paying €60 for a honeymoon night was outrageous. The fitted sheet wasn't clean—it was a disaster. No breakfast, even though it's supposed to be included. When I booked, they told me there would be dried fruit, but I didn't find any.

Horrible stay, I was ripped off by the staff

The staff were welcoming, but there were problems with the rooms: you had to wait more than 10 minutes for hot water, there was no air conditioning, and the TV didn't work... these issues need to be addressed. This hotel is less than a 2-star establishment.

The reception, cleanliness, everything was excellent, and the suhoor during Ramadan was amazing!
