AVOID PTISSAME!! I went on Friday, June 12th with my family. There were six of us. Hanane Faris's makeup was amazing, I highly recommend her. Nawal's hair was exceptional and Yasmine was very competent. But Ptisame is to be avoided at all costs!!! I've never seen anyone so arrogant. She refuses to do any hairstyles and does whatever she wants with makeup, even though that's her strong point. She should learn to talk to clients and listen to them. Otherwise, the salon is good.

The best salon! It's the first time I've seen such a kind and professional team. A huge thank you to Yasmine in particular, who listened attentively and saved my hair; she's the epitome of gentleness. The result was magnificent, and the products used were of very high quality (the stylists are honest and show the products they use, which I really appreciated). I'll definitely be back; I can't wait! 😍❤️

Very disappointed. Cold welcome, long wait, and a result that didn't meet my expectations (different color from the chart, cut not as requested). I expressed my dissatisfaction on the spot, but no solution was offered. Considering the price paid, this is a blatant lack of professionalism. I do not recommend them.

A superb experience at the Brin d'Élégance beauty center. The welcome is always top-notch, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the services are of high quality.
