We are in the presence of a very busy commercial establishment, and the best French-style pastry shop in the entire city of Safi. Nestled among shops selling perfumes and cushions, leather belts and clothes. Children's items and toys are also available, this pastry shop produces exceptional almond and hazelnut paste tarts, fruit rings, family-style lemon cream pastries, three- and four-layer pastries covered in marzipan, candied fruit, eclairs, and multi-layered pastries filled with fresh seasonal fruit of unsurpassed quality. Upon request, you can also enjoy a typically Moroccan breakfast with black olives, freshly squeezed orange juice, olive oil, local omelettes, hard-boiled eggs, black coffee, etc. The butter brioches, pain-chocolate pastries, and plain baked goods like those in the patisserie are also delicious. If you go in the evening, you may not find much choice. They also sell French-style baguettes and rolls. There are also pastries with multicolored icings, more elaborate ones with chocolate, coffee, or fruit. Be patient, as there's almost always a line.

I tried the almond croissant. Simply delicious. I promise I'll be back for other pastries. Be warned, they clear the displays in the evening and it's impossible to find croissants or pain au chocolat.
