Terrible service. Milkshake served without a spoon or napkin. One waiter's job was to move the parasols for new customers without permission. Really disappointed.

The service was too slow, nothing extra.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 5-year-old and was very disappointed. The cake didn't resemble the design I ordered at all, the decoration was sloppy, and the taste was really bad (too dry and too sweet). For the price I paid, I expected something much better. This is unacceptable for a child's birthday cake, and I wouldn't recommend it.

They made a mistake with the order and then refused to send me the rest, even though I paid. Every time I call, they say the same thing until I check the camera. For me, this is the last time I deal with them. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
