25 Jul 2026The bakery has good products, but the customer service needs significant improvement. The staff at the cashier were not welcoming, and communication was poor. They seemed uninterested in helping customers, which made the experience unpleasant. I hope the management invests in customer service training because the quality of the products deserves better service.
