Very gpod qualitu but the prices are too much
Pros: • Good pastries and bread. Cons: • Overpriced for what you get. • Terrible customer service: the cashiers are always grumpy and made you feel unwelcome.
Very poor service. The employees all seem to share the same profile: nonchalant, poorly presented, and certainly lacking in training. Cheap for the big market. My order was blocked, which was fortunate for me considering the customer reviews I should have read beforehand.
The pastries are very good and high quality; that's definitely the bakery's strong point. However, the service is unfortunately disappointing. The employees aren't friendly and spend a lot of time chatting amongst themselves. You often get the feeling you're bothering them when you come to order. It's a shame, because a warmer welcome would make the experience much more pleasant.
Contrary to some reviews, my experience at Le Ruban Rouge has always been excellent. A customer for several years with my sisters, I particularly appreciate the warm welcome, the advice, and the attention given to customers. The staff often offer samples and take the time to explain their ingredients. The pastries are delicious, and the quality remains consistent over time. A trustworthy place that I highly recommend.
Unfortunately, the service is no longer up to par as it used to be; the staff are unfriendly and sometimes rude, and if you ask for something, they barely respond.
Top 5 stars
The pastries are excellent, but the Moroccan cakes are disappointing.
