Very bad experience. If I could, I would give this salon zero stars. We called ahead and asked what time we could come in. When we arrived, everyone claimed to be busy, and even after they agreed to take us, they were talking about us as if we couldn’t hear them. My cousins got their hair done, and I was told to wait for the stylist to finish with another client. However, once he finished, he simply went upstairs to rest instead of taking me. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The staff didn’t even smile or make us feel welcome. It honestly felt like they were doing us a favor rather than providing a service we were paying for. I definitely do not recommend this salon.

A very bad experience. We called before coming and were told we could walk in. Once there, we were criticized for not having made an appointment. Instead of telling us they couldn't take us, they started working on our hair anyway. The staff's attitude was appalling; no smiles, very cold, and they were complaining about us amongst themselves in our presence. A minimum of professionalism and respect for customers would be appreciated. I do not recommend this salon.

Fantastic salon! Very clean with a team that listens and takes great care of their clients. The manager is always smiling and gives very helpful advice. You really feel comfortable there!

The welcome is warm and the team is truly attentive from beginning to end. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. Special mention for the makeup: Mounia is very talented. The result is refined, perfectly suited, and executed with great care.

The only guy who does blow-dries comes in and doesn't want to do his job. The elderly lady does my hair very quickly because she has a doctor's appointment. In short, nothing works at this salon; they take on people even though there's no one who wants to work. I don't recommend it!
