Appointment booked, time respected, and yet the treatment was outrageous. Arriving at 11 am, I was told I already had a semi-permanent polish to remove, which is obvious and an integral part of the service requested. A complete lack of organization and professionalism. They flatly refused to perform the manicure/pedicure under the pretext that it "takes too long," while a friend who arrived without an appointment was served first. Absolute contempt for the customer and behavior unworthy of an establishment that is supposed to be professional. The so-called "cleaning" was botched (see photo of the result), shameful, and charged at 70 DH. A blatant rip-off. ❌️ Avoid this salon. Zero service, zero ethics, zero respect. Dishonest practices and a catastrophic level of professionalism.

If Google allowed zero stars, that would be my rating; a catastrophic experience.
