Beriane’s Cake by Zineb

I was passing through Mohammedia and wanted to order a custom cake for a surprise. I found this page on Google Maps and messaged them on Instagram. They replied with the price, but after trying to confirm the delivery and order, I received no response. I sent them my order details on WhatsApp for confirmation, but it was the same story. I wasted time waiting for their reply. I contacted another page, and thankfully, they responded quickly. For me, it was a bad experience; you can't reply to a customer with details and then disappear. If they were busy, they should have at least said so. Terrible service.
