- expensive (310 dh) - there was an electricity cut in our flour it took them +2h to fix it. - there was no hot water at night, We showerd with cold water (in a cold rainy day). - the staff is not professional - no prayer rug - small room - no sandals

The mattress is expensive compared to the quality.

Thank you to the entire reception team for their kindness and helpfulness. Impeccable service, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is decent and clean, although it could use some renovation. The location right in the city center is perfect.
