I went in for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. The result was very poor: the gel polish chipped off the very next day. The hygiene was also lacking. Honestly, I won't be going back to that salon.

A very bad experience. The hairdresser was rude, didn't listen, and handed me over to a beautician who was coloring hair for the first time. The result: no difference in color whatsoever; I paid for a useless service. The organization was equally deplorable: the coloring was done with a tube that had already been opened, without my consent and without any indication of when it was opened or how to store it. I received no information about the processing time, no follow-up during the service, and the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. To top it all off, a man was walking freely in the changing room area of ​​the hammam. Such a situation is completely unacceptable and constitutes a serious lack of respect for the privacy, dignity, and safety of clients. This level of negligence is unworthy of an establishment open to the public. I absolutely do not recommend this salon.
