I went to get a protein treatment for my hair. First of all, the girl was very heavy and didn't know how to wash my hair properly. The straightening didn't damage it, but she left the front of my hair unfinished. My hair has been falling out at the front for two weeks now because she didn't do it well. I definitely don't recommend it; they're still beginners.

The worst experience I've ever had. How long is the waiting? Professionalism is key. Each of the girls working should handle a specific task. The one who does the eyelashes should do them separately, and the machine should do them separately. It's impossible for one person to do everything for a single client while you wait for her to finish before she comes to do yours. You waste an entire evening waiting, when there could be a rotation to save time and prevent clients from wasting their time. Unfortunately, two other women complained before me.
