My nails have never been done better- I am really impressed with the level of detail, care, and quality that the lady who did my nails, Ibtissam, put into my manicure and pedicure. She’s very lovely! She was super precise, and they are the best nails I’ve ever had done and she made sure I was happy with the colours, shapes, details. I had a French gel pedicure on my toes and deep rich red gel on my fingers. So beautiful. Thank you so much! Highly recommend her!
I had booked my appointment about 10 days in advance. On the day, while I was already on my way to the salon, I received a call just 30 minutes before my scheduled time informing me that my appointment had been moved an hour to accommodate another client. I found this situation very frustrating and disrespectful. When you book an appointment, you plan around the given time slot. I felt that my time and my reservation were less important than those of another client, despite having booked well in advance. The work may be of high quality, but respecting clients and their time is just as important.
