I discovered this salon by chance and it was a very pleasant surprise. The welcome was very warm, the scent of srghina was amazing, and all the staff were smiling. My daughter and I had semi-permanent manicures done by Bouchra and Touria, and we were thrilled! I will definitely be back once I'm in Fes. Keep up the good work!

The owner, Latifa, is incredibly kind and welcoming, and all the ladies who work here are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. During our travels through Morocco, I always stop by this beauty salon with my daughters. Yesterday, we came without an appointment, and everyone gathered to give us a lovely and high-quality pedicure, manicure, and haircut/blow-dry. All the ladies who work here are very sweet, and you can come here even if you don't speak Arabic. I've heard good things about their hammam, but I haven't visited it yet. Next time, Insha Allah ❤️

I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went for a pedicure, and the result was far from satisfactory. There was no exfoliation or proper treatment, just a rushed job. The service was very aggressive: the person who took care of me left bruised areas on my feet, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, she cut my nails much too short, which still hurts today. As for the gel polish, the finish was sloppy, uneven, and clearly unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this salon. For the price paid, one expects a minimum level of gentleness and quality, which was not at all the case.

Salon with excellent services. Despite some negative reviews online, I went with my daughters for several services to form my own opinion. My daughter had an ombré done, and the stylist was given free rein to handle her requests without any problems. I had a pedicure and facial, and I have absolutely no complaints. The team is very attentive, welcoming, and friendly, and they know how to make new clients like us feel comfortable. Excellent value for money.
