Be Sushi 🍣🍤🍣

Very disappointing experience 👎🏻 I called the restaurant an hour in advance and specifically requested that my order be ready for pickup because I had to be at work at a fixed time. When I arrived at the agreed pickup time, I was surprised to find that my order had not even been started. They only began preparing it after I arrived. Since I couldn’t wait any longer, I asked for a refund. Instead of receiving an apology or any effort to resolve the situation, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of professionalism. The issue was not just the delay, but the failure to honor the agreed pickup time and the poor customer service. Respecting customers’ time is essential, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this place based on the service I received.

Food became very terrible. I am talking here about sushi, Sushi House are doing a better job serving a better sushi in Berrechid (from personal experience). This was my favorite back in the days, they used to serve (boeuf frommage) the best, but it’s not available anymore, only in the menu. Too much loud chaabi and noisy music, i myself used to come for a good food experience, not headache. The other thing, i tried delivery and the sushi was yuckkk, the fried one was all burned. 0 Star. I won’t recommend it anymore

I used to come to this restaurant, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The prices have increased significantly, and at the same time, the portion sizes have become noticeably smaller. To make things worse, when I shared my honest feedback on their instagram account, they deleted my comment instead of addressing the issue. عقلية همها غير الفلوس

A wonderful place for Asian food (Sushi, Wok, Thai) and also other preferred specialties (Pizza, Sandwich, Tacos..) The staff is professional, the food is perfect and the prices are affordable The place to eat in Berrchid
