26 Nov 2025We've been buying from your pancake shop for a long time, and everything was great. Then you reduced the weight, and we said no problem. But now you collect all the leftover unsold ingredients, grind them up, mix them with cream, add extra decorations, and make them extra tall, supposedly to attract customers, but the taste is disastrous. But—and I emphasize this—we buy from you, and you hide the packets. If someone asks for a packet, you tell them it costs one dirham. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never buy from you again.
