As much as I've heard good things about you and tasted your cakes, I was shocked that I ordered a very small quantity two days in advance, only to find it hadn't arrived on the day. You disappointed me. Management team, please fix your internal communication process.

Really good cakes and cheaper than most bakeries their level

Excellent pastries, exceptional cakes for birthdays, round loaves of bread at 20 DHS, they just lack a little experience with viennoiseries.

They deserve a five-star rating, and I always go there to buy things. And because they have a picture of a Real Madrid cake.

We ordered a very simple cake with just a few personalized inscriptions. Upon delivery, the inscriptions were poorly done and part of the requested text was missing. After we complained, the cake was picked up and then sent back an hour and a half later. Unfortunately, the result was even worse; it's clear that the inscriptions had been erased and then rewritten, giving a very sloppy finish. We are very disappointed with such a simple order. We do not recommend this service.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a cake with a very simple design and minimal writing, yet the result was disastrous. Since the cake had already been delivered, I only noticed the mistakes upon receiving it. The finished product bore absolutely no resemblance to what I had ordered. I contacted the pastry chef to report the problem, but I received neither an apology nor any real acknowledgment of my complaint. Beyond the quality of the cake, it was primarily the lack of professionalism and customer service that disappointed me. I would not recommend this pastry shop.
