Atlas Orient

The hotel is one of the best in the city. I stayed there almost a month in August and had a wonderful time. It’s quiet, clean, the garden is huge and very beautiful. There’s is also a pool which you could spend your evenings by. Most importantly, the whole staff is amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Faced some issues during my stay but they dealt with them right away! But I have to admit that Amina was my favourite! She’s always positive, always smiling, always cheering us up and she’s honestly the best! Hope to see her again on my next visit!

The base of the hotel is an absolute nightmare!!!! The rooms are old. It is noisy. The bathroom is falling apart! There is no internet connection! The breakfast is pure misery! Although the staff working there is amazing! Those are the kindest people I have ever met despite the conditions they are facing! Amina-one if the cleaning ladies is absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful-does everything to make you feel welcomed. After her cleaning the old room shines. She goes above and beyond!

Status July 2023. All wedding guests were booked to stay on this hotel. AC hasn’t worked for three nights in all rooms; too hot to sleep. Rumour says that AC has been broken for months. The elevator has been broken for two days. Friendly but inefficient staff to accommodate guests' needs. I would not consider staying here again. You have been warned.

The good: central location, AC worked first night, good beds, wifi, the guy in reception being helpful. The bad: no AC second night, toilet stopped working, they lost our reservation and tried to check us out during the middle of our stay, reception smuggly refusing to help for a long time not owning their misstake. Did get solved though but took a long while. Would also think twice before booking if you like calm as the poolarea bar likes to blast music. It didn't at night though.

Bad wifi. No trash in the room. Just forget about the technical team to come fix your TV or light if it's broken. It took me 2 days for fixing the main light in my room. The breakfast is horrible. Just look for a cheaper hotel maybe 3 stars which can be more better than this one.

avoid this hotel if you can. price quality not good. Very expensive and low quality rooms. outdated furniture. no room service. there are much better hotels for a much lower price

I haven't stayed in atlas orient but I have been visiting a friend there who booked a room for 7 days ! He always complained about the bad quality WiFi and the poor service and high prices ! This four stars hotel doesn't look up to actual four stars hotels ! I honestly don't recommend it

I've been calling since the morning , the guy who answered the phone put me on hold to talk to the reservation guy but no one answer ... I've called like 10 times and same thing is happening ... and for that I didn't stay in the hotel
