Honestly, several things need improvement. As professionals, it's unacceptable to make purchases in your store and then have to load the merchandise ourselves, without any assistance. There should be a loading or delivery service, even with an additional charge. There's also an issue with accounts and invoices. The information changes regularly. Personally, I returned to collect an invoice and found that my restaurant's name had changed twice in the same month, which creates problems for accounting and tracking. We hope management will take these comments into consideration and improve the service. Business customers need organized service, accurate invoices, and appropriate support.

The hours are 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. I've been here since 7:00 AM and there's no one there.

The truth is, the prices are reasonable. The service is fast, and the user support ensures the system and performance are quick, avoiding long wait times. A special thank you to the administrators and users.
