Worst experience of a nail shop in my life. Please provide better training to your staff. The drills that were used on my nails hurt so much that my nails now feel bruised. I was cut not once not twice, but cut 3 times with the drill. That’s how high the power was. My nails feel lumpy and not smooth. Equipment used isn’t sanitised. 500dh to have my acrylics taken off and a gel set put on with the low level of service is shocking. It took them 4 hours to do this aswell. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for nails. Staff need better training on how to use nail equipment properly!
