Good 👍 …
Small apartment rented for 800 dh (far from the beach) while other establishments better located and closer to the beaches are the same price.
Absolutely appalling, a real rip-off. I paid €179 for the night with breakfast, arrived around 10 pm, and the room was filthy with a strong odor. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the towels were too. I asked them to change the sheets, but the new ones were dirtier than the old ones. As for breakfast, for the price I paid, they only offered me an egg and a cup of tea. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had in an aparthotel.
Unfriendly, arrogant, and rude management!! My parents-in-law had booked this hotel for two nights. They were coming from Tangier to visit me in Al Hoceima. When we arrived, they wanted to give us a different room than we had reserved, and according to them, we had to move to the other room the next day. We simply asked for the room we had reserved, saying that we didn't consider this professional, and the man immediately started threatening us with "it's all good or nothing." So, in the end, he canceled our booking, and I had to find a new hotel for my parents-in-law. I will never forgive them. They really put me in a difficult situation. But al-hamdulillah, I finally found a place for them at that beautiful hotel on the Corniche, which was really good. So, this one is definitely not recommended.
I booked a room for three people, but upon arrival, I was given a filthy place. It hadn't been cleaned, and we could barely move around because it was so small and disgusting. After a long negotiation, they changed rooms. It wasn't any better, as it was just as dirty; the pillows smelled awful, so they weren't changed. The bathroom was filthy. There was nothing about it that made it an apartment hotel; it was just a simple room in a terrible state, forcing us to eat out. The hotel is too noisy, and the staff is completely unprofessional. The so-called "beldi" breakfast consisted of a hot drink, bread, and melted cheese—nothing traditional like what was advertised on the website. There was no parking; we had to find a spot on the street!
Recently renovated, but only superficially. Many small details were neglected. The apartment is perfectly adequate for the average Moroccan traveler, but not for those accustomed to European-quality accommodations. The bedroom had no windows, only an opening onto a small light well. The towels were so worn they tore during use. Disappointing value for money. Good location.
They tried to scam us by changing our room upon arrival. The gentleman at the front desk was rude, aggressive, and arrogant. I don't recommend the hotel, especially since the same problem has happened to many people before us.
28, Al Hoceïma
