Apotheke an der Warte

We have been customers of the pharmacy at Warte for 19 years and have always been satisfied. This hasn't changed even after the change of ownership. All the staff are consistently friendly and provide excellent advice and information. Some members of the pharmacy team have worked there for many years (even under the previous owner). Everyone speaks German; I can't understand why people claim otherwise, as it's simply not true. Without German skills, you can't become a pharmacy technician (PTA), which is a required qualification to work in a pharmacy. Since there's a hotel and a hostel nearby, it's a plus that people can also communicate in English at the pharmacy. Pharmacies can't control legal requirements; they simply have to comply with them.

Completely incompetent pharmacy! They want me to go to Wiesbaden to pick up a prescription. Even canceling the e-prescription isn't possible; I have to go to Wiesbaden for that. Nobody there speaks German, they're just completely clueless. I will never set foot in that pharmacy again, not even if I were deathly ill. This pharmacy should be boycotted. Even a piece of toast would give you better answers.

What a mess! They don't even speak German. How can anyone run a pharmacy like this?! I absolutely cannot recommend anyone shop there or even fill prescriptions there. They have no competence whatsoever. I'd give them zero stars if I could, considering how they treat paying customers. Tough luck, then their business will regularly go to other pharmacies.
