Hello. Since when do you have to pay for a box when you buy pastries? That's unheard of. The service really needs improvement, not to mention the staff. A man introduced himself as the manager when I asked to see him and then replied, "What will I gain if I don't sell you the box?"

I highly recommend this pastry shop, it's incredible!

I don't know why it only got a 4. The service is absolutely terrible, and the quality isn't great either.

The last tray of almond pastries was a complete disaster; it was hard, which means they sold me products that were a bit old. The whole tray ended up in the bin.

The price-quality ratio is very good, and the employees are professionals.
